Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized individual to join our team as a Medical Scribe. As a Medical Scribe, you will work closely with The pediatrician to accurately transcribe medical records and assist with medical documentation. Duties:
- Accompany healthcare professionals during patient visits and accurately transcribe medical information
- Record patient history, physical examination findings, diagnostic test results, and treatment plans
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation of patient encounters
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information and adhere to HIPAA regulations
- Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing medical records
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize workflow and ensure accurate documentation

Experience:
- Previous experience working in a medical office or healthcare setting is preferred
- Familiarity with medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology is highly desirable
- Ability to transcribe information quickly and accurately
- Proficient in using electronic medical record (EMR) systems
- Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

-Any experience with medical billing and coding a plus
